Hours of Operation: 
9.00am to 5.00pm Seven Days a week.
We are closed Christmas Day, New Years Day and Good Friday.
We strongly recommend you drop your pet off before 2.00pm.
This allows them to settle in and meet the neighbours and have a nice meal before night sets in.
Pick Up & Delivery:
A pick up & Delivery Service is available in all areas in our specially fitted out van. Prices are available on application. Charges range from $20 to $80.00 each way.
E.g. Hawthorn $60.00, Ringwood $40.00, Montrose $30.00
The service is available Monday, Wednesday & Friday. It is not available on weekends, Public Holidays and between 23rd December and the 5th January.
Playtime and Nature Walks
For a small fee your dog can enjoy the individual attention of one of our staff for a session of play Frisbees, fetch etc, cuddles or alternatively go for a walk around our lake.
Each session is of twenty minutes duration. You can book as many sessions as you like for the duration of the stay.
Adventure Playground -- coming mid 2010
As an extension to our Nature Walks and Playtime; we are shortly to start construction of an adventure playground for your pets to enjoy during their stay.
This will allow for your pet to run freely in a fenced and secure area with opportunities to run through tunnels, jump hurdles or go for a swim in the lake.
All this, whilst closely watched over by of one of our Animal Attendants.
This is just another way of demonstrating our ongoing commitment to make your pets stay an enjoyable experience.
Baths & Nail Clips:
For those who aren’t with us long enough for a complementary hydro bath i.e. five days, you can have them pampered with a bath and a nail clip. Prices start from around $15.
